Perfect Dark Zero Preview (Articles)

Games with the history of Perfect Dark Zero don't come along very often. Created in the days after the critically acclaimed Goldeneye, Perfect Dark introduced us to Joanna Dark, a super-spy in a world ruled by corporations.

But we never really found out what happened before. We all know about Cyberdyne and the events of Perfect Dark; but very little was eluded to prior events. Enter Perfect Dark Zero, a game which for most of its development has been nothing but a rumour.

Now, I am far from the biggest fan of Perfect Dark having only ever played on the game occasionally. Sacrilege I hear you scream! Well, maybe so, but I wasn't prepared to splash the cash on a console bound for failure when I was still in school (Hey, you only have one birthday and Christmas a year).

Either way, having played on Perfect Dark Zero I can tell you rest assured, that regardless of having played Perfect Dark, you'll find a great game. But let me foreworn you; this is not Halo. Expect to find a game like Halo and you will be sorely disappointed; a pity because in its own way Perfect Dark has a lot to offer.
