I still think the console looks better horizontal, and let's not fool ourselves over the inhale hyperbole; the shape is so it sits on top of the original Xbox. However, the console does look damn stylish. The slightly off white colour of the console actually makes it look better, and the silver drive is extremely stylish. And while I might not personally like the inhale design, I have to admit it does suit the console. In terms of the controller I was lucky enough to experience both the wired and the wireless versions of the controller. Just like the wireless version the controller is extremely comfortable, the only downside to both controllers was 'phantom button syndrome' where I found myself reaching for the start and back buttons in the bottom left hand side of the controller, however, I got used to the controller after 2 or so hours. The button placement is exactly the same as the controller S, and also has flat face buttons which are more comfortable on the fingers than the original Xbox pad's jellybean buttons. The triggers are similarly sturdy, while the exchange of the black and white buttons for shoulder buttons is a brilliant move, and in some cases such as Call of Duty 2 vital.
